We are an automotive reconditioning service with the intent to maximize your return on investment for money spent on restoring the cosmetics of your vehicle. We’ve cut our teeth for years working on the used car inventories of the major car dealerships, maximizing the value and resell price of their used vehicles. We have expanded our facilities to be able to service the general public so that we can now offer the same great services to the everyday owner wanting to ‘roll back the odometer’ as it were on their personal vehicles.
HISTORY
We started in the reconditioning business in 2008 here in Bend as a franchise of Color Glo International focusing solely on the interior upholstery repairs. Since 2008 we have developed and sold two franchise territories offering interior repairs, and began growing a new company under the name of Automotive Aesthetics. Our new company has no affiliations with franchises, and we have added auto paint & exterior reconditioning to our repertoire as our primary focus, although we continue to provide the same upholstery repairs that started us in this industry. In 2019 we began staffing and training additional technicians while adding additional mobile repair vans to our fleet, allowing us to keep up with our growing demand, as well as to open the door for us to offer repair services to the general public.

TEAM
Rodney is the founder of Automotive Aesthetics and wearer of many hats. Coming from the international franchise background he has continually developed his skills and product offerings throughout his time in the reconditioning industry. As of late, he has shifted his focus to scaling and training to grow the business to a level that can service both corporate dealerships as well as private vehicle owners.
Nick, is a trained paint technician & crew-lead of the primary service van. His focus is servicing the dealerships while maintaining a regular schedule to keep up our relationships and services in the business-to-business arena. He also coordinates with support staff to help him manage his work load.
Tim is a trained paint technician & crew lead of the secondary mobile service van, which helps to service our private party customers, as well as to aid Nick with the ‘overflow’ work from our dealership clients. Tim also specializes in our spray in bedliners and coordinates most of the installs.
Hunter & Anthony are acting as detailers and general assistants to the crew leads. They are continually training to further their skills and knowledge of the reconditioning services, and working towards becoming auto paint & leather repair techs in their own right.
At Automotive Aesthetics we are very intentional about building a work environment that grows friendships, fosters healthy conversations and generally contributes to a positive and enjoyable place to spend our time. We acknowledge that we spend the majority of our time at work, and as such the interpersonal culture is of the highest importance. When we come to work we want to feel like we’re coming in to hang out with friends while being productive and offering a valuable service to the public. We value working with people we genuinely enjoy being around, and as such we pursue the highest professionalism in our trades while resisting the ‘corporate urge’ to sacrifice our personality and fun loving atmosphere in the process. Having said that, we are continually refining our processes and looking for opportunities and markets for growth.
